The Kinase Enzyme Systems (KES) contain a kinase, its substrate, Reaction Buffer, DTT and any supplement reagent needed to run the kinase reaction. This product launch increases the number of KES from 173 to 379 total assays (206 new systems). As with the previous systems, all are available in a 10µg size (the amount of kinase in the system) with or without ADP-Glo™ Kinase Assay. A 1mg size is also available for all the new KES—the 1mg size is ordered from SignalChem once an order is placed with Promega. The lead time on the 1mg size is 4 weeks.

Of the 206 new KES, there are 86 tyrosine kinase mutants and 2 serine/threonine mutants, bringing our total number of mutant kinase offerings to over 100. The mutation is indicated in the parentheses following the kinase name.
